Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to find help for their car on this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or voice control.
Last reviewed: September 2026.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA across MobileMechanics.ai.
What we do
- Pages use real headings, labelled form fields and links that make sense on their own.
- Text and buttons are checked for colour contrast, and the site works with the keyboard alone.
- The state map can also be used through the “Or choose your state” list next to it, and every chart shows its numbers as text.
- The chat assistant and the request form can both be used with a keyboard and a screen reader. If you prefer, the request form asks for the same details step by step.
- We test key pages with automated accessibility checks and fix what they find.
Known limits
Some content comes from outside sources, such as NHTSA data and mechanics' own websites we link to. We cannot control how accessible those sites are.
